Whistle Express Car Wash

Alizee provided exceptional service today by going above and beyond to ensure that my vehicle was cleaned thoroughly. Yesterday was extremely hot and instead of just looking the other way (like many would have done in the heat) she saw a problem without me having to mention it, took action and gave me the best service I’ve ever received at Whistle Express. Thank you Alizee!

Start to start with I was overcharged I should’ve been charged for $10 new membership and said I was charged $40 for your ultimate clean membership for one month. Second, your machine is never cleaned my wheels or the sides of my vehicle I get it. I have a soft top. It’s a Jeep. I also understand that it’s completely stock and you guys I get a better car wash for $10 at sheets than I do for $40 at whistle stop this is ridiculous.

I had a really good experience at Whistle Car Wash. While their basic wash is a little more expensive than another car wash I’ve used, the quality of the wash and the extra features make it worth it. My car always comes out noticeably cleaner, and the wheels have a nice sheen afterward. The staff are friendly and very customer-focused, and I appreciate how responsive they are if you have any questions or concerns. I also like that they have a mobile app to manage memberships, plus extras like a mat washing station and cleaning supplies for your windows and interior. Overall, it’s convenient, welcoming, and provides great service. I’ve consistently had a positive experience here.

Location had cones set up blocking customers access on Sunday, if the location is inaccessible for service at least update the hours of operation from 20:00 to 18:00 for proper reflection of business hours.

I don't usually leave reviews but I just bought a new truck and there was something on the bottom of it that I just couldn't get off. So I came here to whistle car wash on skibo and the girl named SKYLER went above and beyond to get it off for me. She let me go through twice and when there was still some left she went and got some kind of cleaner from the back and got on her hands and knees and got the rest of it off for me. Is everybody in this world have that kind of work ethic, we'd be in a much better place. I wish I could give SKYLER more than 5 stars. That's definitely the kind of people you tip! Five stars all around!
